Whistleblowing
Geng Tok Group is committed to conducting business with integrity. We encourage employees, partners, suppliers and any other stakeholder to report suspected misconduct, and we treat every report seriously.
What to report
- Fraud, bribery or corruption
- Theft, embezzlement or misuse of company assets
- Falsification of records, contracts or trade documentation
- Breaches of sanctions, trade controls or anti-money-laundering obligations
- Conflicts of interest that have not been declared
- Conduct that endangers health, safety or the environment
How to report
Reports may be submitted by email to the address below, or by post to our head office marked for the attention of the Audit Committee. Please include as much detail as you can: what happened, who was involved, when, and any documents that support the concern.

Confidentiality and protection
- Reports are received by the Audit Committee and handled in confidence.
- Anonymous reports are accepted, though a contact route helps us follow up.
- Geng Tok Group does not tolerate retaliation of any kind against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
